Summer is here! Time to get out and take advantage of the warmer, drier weather with running, hiking, or good long walks! If you have pain or discomfort that interfere with your enjoyment of these activities, or you’d like to improve your stamina and/or speed, join me for an exploration of The Feldenkrais Method®, and lessons that will help you run, hike and walk with less effort and more ease.


Workshop Refund Policy

Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit.  Thanks for your understanding.
