So you’ve decided to give yoga a try. Or perhaps you have yoga experience but it’s been a while since you maintained a regular practice. Perhaps you feel self-conscious about your body or abilities, or are nervous about being in a group setting.
While all of our classes and teachers want to make you feel at home, comfortable in yourself and in the class, we offer several classes geared specifically to beginning and returning yoga students. They allow students to drop in whenever schedule permits and have a safe, enjoyable practice.
We strongly believe that the most sustainable and rewarding practice comes from starting with the basics. Athletic newcomers may feel comfortable jumping into our intermediate or more advanced classes, but even athletes who are experts in other fields benefit from mastering the basics.

Students new to Yoga Pearl are recommended to take a minimum of 6 Vinyasa Basics classes before attending our Ashtanga, Vinyasa or Power Vinyasa classes.
