Alignment Flow
This class will combine various styles of Hatha Yoga, from Vinyasa, to Ashtanga, to Iyengar with an emphasis on pose form and increased awareness around optimal alignment. Each week either a particular asana or category of postures will be highlighted to serve as the central focus for class. Come ready to work, concentrate, and play as we work together to increase our facility in and around pose knowledge and embodiment. Prop work, demonstrations, and occasional partner assists will be utilized to serve this intention. Classes will often contain elements of yoga philosophy, pranayama, and seated meditation.  Level 2.

Ashtanga Led Primary and Guided Primary Series
