Baby + Me Yoga

You just had a baby! CONGRATS!! But it turns out, the prenatal changes were only the beginning! This is a blessed and sacred time, but it’s also a tumultuous time of great transition, vulnerability, and stress. It’s time to get out of the house for some MUCH-needed yoga to re-energize your postpartum body, stabilize your core, balance your hormones, and connect with others who get what you’re going through. This class also incorporates exercises that help you restore and heal. You’ll feel gently supported in your new role. It’s almost better than coffee! 

This one hour yoga class is followed by a one hour play date for students to chat, connect, and share in the experience of motherhood. You’re welcome to stay for the play date or head on with the day’s plans.

Nursing is always welcome in class. Pre-crawling babies only.

* Classes are appropriate for all levels.

* Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a c-section) and have clearance  from their physician to resume physical exercise.

Workshop Refund Policy

Workshop Refund Policy: Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit. Please arrive on time for workshops. Arriving later than 10 minutes after scheduled time may result in loss of your enrollment. Thank you for your understanding.
