Detox Flow consists of 3 segments: extension, contracting and twisting. It is an incredible practice for strengthening and stretching your hips and hamstrings, however the main focus is on compounding effort between the throat lock (jalandhara bandha) and the pelvic floor lock (mula banda).
This workshop is an opportunity to explore how to take your detox flow practice to the next level. There will be opportunities to practice more advanced binds and to incorporate arm balances and advanced standing balancing postures in your detox flow. The intention is that these options can mindfully cross over to your detox flow or power vinyasa practice. We will spend some time focusing on proper alignment and mindful transitions so that you will stay connected to the rest of your class energetically (with breath and intention) while honoring the depths of your personal practice with self study.
I invite you to join me for this workshop if you have at least 6 months experience in a detox flow or power vinyasa class and have taken at least one regularly scheduled detox flow class by the start of this workshop. We will be paying close attention to breath, alignment, meditation, and transitions in this workshop while learning to identify our habits and patterns on multiple levels.

Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit. Please arrive on time for workshops.
